8.3 mn refugees at risk due to ‘severe’ funding cuts: UN
The UN’s refugee agency has warned that significant funding cuts threaten essential services for 8.3 million refugees and displaced individuals. By the end of July, UNHCR had only secured 32% of its required $8.5 billion budget for the year.
