US deportees to Equatorial Guinea were arrested and beaten by police, lawyers say
Ahmed Soliman from Egypt and Samson Birhane from Eritrea were arrested and mistreated in Equatorial Guinea after being deported from the US. Over 40 people have been deported under similar agreements, raising concerns among rights groups.
