On Wednesday, Saudi Arabia's Tadawul All Share Index closed at 10,440.64, marking a 0.14% decline and its lowest point in September, with 189.82 million shares traded. Major market movers included Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. which rose nearly 10%, while National Medical Care Co. dropped nearly 7%.
