Since the start of 2026, Riyadh's Infrastructure Projects Center has issued over 141,000 permits, including 19,000 in August alone, with more than 10,100 currently active for ongoing projects. The extensive infrastructure efforts cover 1,133 km of roads, while the center emphasizes compliance to improve project quality and site safety, having received over 190,000 reports this year on various site issues.
