Sushi Yoshi is Jeddah's premier Japanese fine-dining experience, helmed by Chef Yoshi Fujiwara who brings 25 years of Tokyo training to the Red Sea coast. The restaurant occupies a sleek, minimalist space on Tahlia Street with a 12-seat omakase counter, private tatami rooms, and a main dining hall featuring an open robata grill. Ingredients are flown in twice weekly from Tsukiji Market in Tokyo and supplemented by the finest Red Sea catches.
