Harith AlUla Farm-to-Table

About
Harith is AlUla's pioneering farm-to-table restaurant, set within a working citrus and herb garden in the heart of the ancient oasis. Drawing on 7,000 years of agricultural heritage in the AlUla valley, Chef Abdullah sources 90% of ingredients from farms within a 20-kilometer radius. The open-air dining terrace is shaded by ancient palm trees, and guests can see the kitchen garden where herbs are picked minutes before they reach the plate. Harith embodies the AlUla vision of sustainable, culturally rooted tourism.
